Returns and refunds

At Alexi Jolie Creative, we proudly reject perfectionism and embrace the individuality of each print that the linocut printing process produces. The paper is hand torn and the prints are pressed either by hand, by printing press, or both. This results in some variation in dimension, opacity, and design transfer. Every print is examined for quality control. Therefore, all sales are final.

If you believe your print appears to be a misprint for any reason, please reach out and send pictures to [email protected] for a quality check.

If any items are damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund -- whichever you prefer! Please send pictures of the damage upon opening the package to [email protected] for next steps.
